The success of the little flower cart continues to amaze me. This is our second year of selling flowers at the end of the driveway. And let me tell you, it is a lot of work. But it is truly a labor of love.

My last post featured the old screen door that is now hanging on the wall of my guest bedroom. As you will remember, I was contemplating how to decorate the door. I decided that a burlap wreath would be perfect.

I am so thrilled with how beautiful the basement remodel turned out. I love this area! It reminds me of an old barn (which I love) or a quaint little antique shop – very rustic, but so cozy, warm, and inviting.

Although I am sad summer is winding down, I look forward to Fall in the Midwest. It is a beautiful time of the year. I love the cooler weather, bonfires, and most of all, the colors of Fall. When Pat and I decided to take some pictures from my house, I asked her if she thought it was too soon to start decorating for Fall. We decided, since Autumn will be here before we know it, let’s go ahead and start with Fall decorating ideas.
