After a brief break from our big baking adventure (the girls have been very busy the past couple of weekends), Ella and I are back in the kitchen. This weekend we made cupcakes. I found a recipe from Robyn on her add a pinch blog for The Best White Cake Recipe. We decided to try the recipe but make cupcakes instead of cake. And are we glad we did! The cupcakes are amazing. Ella and I both agree that this is the best white cupcake recipe ever!!

Every summer our local farm bureau (of which I am a proud member) offers the opportunity to purchase fresh blueberries and peaches. The blueberries were amazing and I put quite a few in the freezer. The peaches were perfect: large, firm, and juicy. Here is the recipe for a delicious peach cobbler.

I love fall for a number of reasons, but at the top of the list are the many varieties of pumpkin desserts. This recipe has been around for a long time and I have seen it called Pumpkin Crunch, Pumpkin Cake, Pumpkin Surprise, and I am sure there are others.
