I am so anxious and getting more and more impatient.  I know we need the rain, but I am ready to plant.  I have been doing some serious planning this winter and purchasing some excellent tools.

This will make planting large fields of zinnias quick and less back-breaking!

And this incredible book by Erin Benzakein of Floret Flower Farm.  This book is so inspiring with detailed instructions and amazing photographs.

I can’t put it down!  I am so excited to follow Erin’s planting instructions and have all my beds drawn and planned out.

Just a few of my many seeds.  I purchased seeds from Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds, Floret Flower Farm, and my local favorite, Kelly Seed Company.

I am hoping to get seeds in the ground within the next week!!
